Where Are They Now?
Peter Steele

When Peter Steele got to Columbia College in Chicago, he couldn't find a lacrosse team to play on -- so he helped start one himself.
Now he's a Captain of the squad, and in his first year of GLL (Great Lakes Lacrosse League) competition, he averaged 18 saves a game and helped lead the team into the second round of the playoffs.
Pete also recorded three assists for Columbia, which went 3-7 by beating teams from Loyola University, the University of Chicago and St. Norbert's College in Minnesota.
"We had only 14 players come out this year," says Pete. "But we're hoping for more next year. It's hard to find athletes at an arts school, and also hard to practice in downtown Chicago."
