The outgoing Club Board has exercised its right to keep the expanded Board membership at nine positions. Because five parents accepted their
nominations to stand for election to the 2010-11 Board and five
positions were vacated, all now have been seated as Board members.
The new Board members are:
• Megan Bogle
• Al "Tito" Justiniano
• Rich Martin
• Lynn Patrick
• Paul Sullivan
At the first Board meeting following the Club's annual general meeting, the Board will assign each member's position on that Board. |

My wife, Karen, and I have been St Charles residents for 14 years. We have four children, two who play Lacrosse (Chris & Alex).
This is Chris’s third year in the program. Last season he played on the JV Orange team. He is a junior this year and is looking forward to the upcoming season.
My younger son, Alex, is a freshman this year, so this will be his first season in the Club. He’s looking forward to it; he has several friends who will be playing this season with him.
I am a Regional Sales Lead at Oracle. I have worked for Oracle for 14 years. I am also a CPA.
I have coached Wasco in-house Baseball and Travel Baseball for over eight years. Most recently, I coached the Wasco Wildcats 14U travel baseball team.
As manager of the team, my responsibilities include: managing our team finances; setting up and maintaining our team website, and scheduling our travel league (KCBL) games and tournaments.
I also serve on the board of Wasco Baseball. I’ve been on the board for 5+ years, currently in the role of Pony Commissioner.
I believe that quality-run youth sport programs teach kids the integrity of their game and help players realize the greatness of their sport by creating an environment that allows them to realize their capabilities as players; to develop confidence, self esteem and poise as athletes; to understand that their achievements are a direct result of their efforts; to cultivate life-long friendships, and to understand that sportsmanship, not showmanship, is the major ingredient in playing with class and respect.
I look forward to helping out in any way that I can. |

I am interested in serving as a first-term member of the St. Charles Lacrosse Club.
My son, Riley, is a sophomore at North and played last year on the JV team with Coach Black. My wife and I served alongside Lynn Patrick, as Team Rep for the North JV squad.
I have served on two previous baseball boards and found it very rewarding. My son started playing lacrosse six years ago after taking a break from baseball for a “season.” He never went back and I couldn’t be happier with the switch.
Knowing almost nothing about the sport at first, after six years and many club teams it consumes a good portion of our time. We enjoy it immensely.
I am a strong believer in sports as an avenue for some of life’s most important lessons and as a strong builder of character.
I love the opportunity to help in any way to the development of these young men and their enjoyment of their high school years. |

I am thrilled to be a member of the St. Charles Lacrosse Club Board.
My husband, Doug, and I have three children: a daughter in college who attended St Charles North; our son, Austin, who is a junior at North, and a son in 7th grade.
We know we made the best decision to move to Saint Charles four years ago! Through my children, I have actively served in many organizations such as Daisy and Brownie leader, PTA President, many school organizations, numerous dance and sport teams.
Most recently I was a representative for the JV Blue Lacrosse Team.
I have always had an interest in helping children to excel and be the best they can be. Before having children I was an elementary school teacher and dedicated many years to providing learning opportunities to children.
Recently, I have volunteered through the Make-a-Wish organization and the Wounded Warrior Project to aid our
soldiers returning home.
Our son, Austin, will be a
junior and I look forward to actively participating in helping
to support the success of the
St. Charles Lacrosse Club
moving forward.
I bring a high level of passion, am extremely organized, and have shown a strong commitment to each organization. I love to have been given the opportunity to be part of the board. Thank you for your consideration. |

I have a strong desire to help the St. Charles Lacrosse Club, the athletes and the sport.
My wife, Julie, and sons Sean and Brian moved to Chicago five years ago from Pennsylvania. There Sean excelled at soccer while Brian gravitated to Lacrosse.
Brian has been in the Club since his freshman year and will be a senior this year at North.
We have seen Lacrosse grow dramatically in St Charles in the past five years and witnessed the individual growth of many players and have been proud to be a part of that family.
I am currently employed as Vice President of Five Star Mattress, a division of Serta International. I have served on the company board in my role as Executive VP of both The Spring Air Company and United Sleep Products.
I also have served on several committees at the International Sleep Products Association in Alexandria, VA.
While there was no Lacrosse in Orlando when I grew up (pre- Disney), I was very active in sports. I also coached football and basketball at the Junior High level.
The coming year will have several big issues facing the Board. I would like to help assure the growth of the sport and its availability to all boys who wish to play the sport. |
