St Charles Lacrosse Club Board Meetings
2006-2007 |
| Members are invited (and encouraged) to attend Board meetings in their entirety to observe the proceedings. As a rule, members will be asked to reserve any comment until after the meeting. However, the President may open the discussion to audience comment should the matter under discussion warrant it. Further, the President may convene the Board in executive session to discuss personnel matters, at which time the President may ask non-Board members to excuse themselves. The Board also may convene in extraordinary executive session. |
