2007 St Charles Boys Lacrosse Registration

The Club is now accepting late registration for the 2007 Spring Season.
Members who have financial needs that make it difficult to for them to meet Club dues and fees may contact the Club confidentially to receive consideration. The Board has expressly set aside funding for this reason and encourages members to take advantage of the offering. Please contact Board President John Spenard or leave a message on the Club hotline at 630.513.8711.
PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO ST CHARLES HIGH SCHOOL BOYS LACROSSE CLUB.
To pay by credit card, please contact Club Treasurer Kelly Bodway. (Please do not send credit card details by email.)
Submit all necessary completed forms with payment to St Charles Boys Lacrosse, PO Box 83, St Charles, IL 60174.
