St Charles goes 11-4 at North Shootout; JV takes 2nd

Competing against top-quality teams in a very hard-fought tournament, the four St Charles squads took 11 of 15 games, including a second-place finish in the junior varsity division and a third-place in the frosh.

"All four teams represented St Charles Lacrosse with great
class and sportsmanship," said Club President Kevin Leary. "Going 11-4 as a club was outstanding."

In the varsity division, both the seniors and juniors turned in a 3-1 record. The junior varsity's 2-1 mark earned second place, and the freshmen's 3-1 record included a win in the 3rd-place consolation game.

The Club is grateful to the volunteer parent-coaches: Matt Ward, Graham Mabon, Adam Cohen, Gregg Dvorak and Dennis McGushin. And we thank all those parents and families who made the long trek to Winnetka to support our players.
