St Charles lacrosse players in grades 7 to 12 are invited to the St Charles Sportsplex on weekday afternoons for open lacrosse. Sessions are on Thursdays from Nov. 2 through Dec. 21 (save for Wednesday, Nov. 22), and on Tuesdays from Jan. 2 through 23. Grades 7 to 9 play from 4pm to 5pm. Grades 10 to 12 play from 5pm to 6pm. Younger players may be invited to stay and play with the older, more experienced group as attendance permits.
Sportsplex Open Lax is open to girls and boys and is supervised by Club parents. These are full-pad sessions, although some on-field activities may require only helmets, sticks and gloves.
Entry for each session is $5, payable at the door. Players must complete this offseason injury liability waiver prior to participation. This waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. Signed waivers are collected at the door, and are kept on file; players need only submit one waiver prior to attending their first session.

The Lacrosse America Saturday St Charles Sportsplex leagues begin Oct. 29 and run in two sessions through Feb. 25.

The Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex in West Chicago hosts a 3-on-3 middle-school lacrosse tournament on Dec. 2. The tourney is sticks-and-gloves only, no contact, goalies supplied by Finish Strong. Eight teams, with five players per roster max, will compete in three to five 15-minute games. Cost is $20 per player. Contact Finish Strong at 630.293.0963 to sign up by Nov. 20. Players must have a Finish Strong injury waiver on file.
