Practices are held on the field adjacent to
the Congregational Church at the Fox Mill Blvd/LaFox Road entrance to Fox Mill.

Practice starts at 4pm sharp. Players should be dressed and ready to go at that time. Please note: There are no changing facilities, restrooms or running water at the field. Players are asked to get dressed in their cars, or before reaching the field.
Players should dress appropriately for the weather. Players should bring all their lax equipment to practice. Also, each player must use
his own, personal water bottle. No sharing.
